Returns policy states that where a faulty piece of furniture is delivered, you have to return and request a refund within 30 days of receiving it. After 30 days and within 6-months I will do our utmost to rectify the error and repair any faulty furniture as quickly as possible.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, let me know within 14 days of receiving it and I will guarantee a refund providing the item is returned in ‘as new condition’ within a further 14 days. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.
Unfortunately, I am unable to refund shipping, handling or insurance charges, except of course in the case of any errors on my part.
